Terms of Service

Our Stock Collectors are only permitted to collect items from a maximum of 2 floors (unless there is a working lift available for furniture use). Please inform us of this prior to collection.
Our Stock Collectors will take reasonable care when collecting products, however where access is restrictive, drivers reserve the right to refuse assistance on safety grounds.
Our Stock Collectors unfortunately cannot remove their footwear for safety when entering houses if you products to be collected are located inside a property.
Please be aware that although our Stock Collectors take every care when collecting products, we cannot be held responsible for any damages that occur to your property or possessions whilst the collection is in process. It is your responsibility to take every care to cover any carpets or furniture and remove any valuables, including pictures, from the collection area.
All items are accepted at the Stock Collectors discretion. In the event that we are unfortunately unable to accept an item of furniture the Stock Collectors will explain why the item is unsuitable for resale.

You can confirm that

All fabric items contain a 1988 fire retardant label and that they are in a good undamaged / unsoiled condition.

All Items are collected at the discretion of our logistic team and if items are not in saleable / legal condition (Fire labels) we will be unable to collect these.
